As our bakery team works hard to fulfill your order, and many ingredients and supplies are ordered in advance, no refunds will be given for orders canceled within 72 hours of their production date. We understand things may happen out of your control, however, when orders are canceled in this time frame, it has taken up time that could have been given to another customer.
Once treats are picked up, customers accept all responsibility for treat transportation to their location. If treats are delivered, we are not responsible for any damage to the treats after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the treats. They require a sturdy table, and an optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below.
