Order Placement:
To place an order for our delectable treats, customers are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their desired products, quantities, flavors, fillings, toppings, and any specific customization requests. Orders can be made through our website, email, or phone.

Order Confirmation and Payment:
Once an order is received, we will confirm the details, availability, and final price with the customer. Payment must be made in full before the order is considered confirmed. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfers.

Customization and Design:
We take pride in our ability to customize cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and desserts according to our customers' preferences. While we strive to match requested designs and themes, slight variations may occur due to the nature of handcrafted items. Customers are encouraged to provide reference images and communicate their expectations clearly.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. While we make every effort to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens, as they are prepared in a kitchen where allergens may be present.

Delivery and Pickup:
We offer both delivery and pickup options for our customers. Delivery charges may apply based on the location and distance. For pickups, customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed-upon date and time. We are not liable for any damage or mishandling of products once they have been collected or delivered.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. For cancellations made within 48 hours, a partial or no refund may be granted to cover costs already incurred in the preparation of the order.

The Pastry Loft is not liable for any adverse reactions, damages, or injuries resulting from the consumption or use of our products. Customers assume all responsibility for informing their guests or recipients about potential allergens and for the safe handling and storage of our products.

All designs, images, logos, and content displayed on our website and social media platforms are the intellectual property of The Pastry Loft. They may not be reproduced, modified, or used without explicit permission.
